You will be responsible for providing technical support and building customer relations through Inbound Calls. Technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention & up sales will be the basis for performance.DESIRED SKILLS: -
1.Knowledge of Operating Systems 98, XP, 2000/Computer Fundamentals/Microsoft Certified (Not Compulsory).
2. Committed, Ambitious and Friendly graduates.
3.Willing to work in shifts.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.
5.Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
6. Sound understanding of work environment and delivery.
