.Net - Tech Lead
Requirements:
Six or more years experience developing software systems using Microsoft .Net with prior years experience with Visual Studio 6
Strong technical expertise in web services, windows services, multi threading, .Net 2.0 & 3.5 framework.
Experience in designing and implementing solutions using: C#, VB.Net, ASP, Web Services, WSDL, SQL Server, AJAX, IIS, Windows Workflow

Foundations, Windows Communication Foundations , SQL Service Broker and LDAP.
ASP.NET AJAX (or experience working with at least one other AJAX framework for .NET)
Three years experience leading technical teams.
Strong thought leadership skills in evaluating software solutions, following Microsofts best practices in architectural design and applying design

patterns.
Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
Experience working with onsite teams from Offshore.
Experience developing packaged software is preferred
