JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Provide resolution to issues raised by the employees within the defined SLA, based on severity. Coordinate with the third party vendor, to ensure that all calls are closed with in the SLA.
- Oversees staff responsible for monitoring and notifying customers of processing issues that occur within the Data Center Operations.
- Monitor regular maintenance activities for windows servers and desktops, to ensure that they are functioning smoothly and to identify any issues.
- Remain current on technical developments affecting area of responsibility.
- Compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.
- Serves as an escalation point on a 24/7 basis.
