Job Details:

Mainframe IMS DBA.
Database Backup and Restore processes
Providing Batch Backout and Log Close support
[Genning MFS, copying MFSload libraries] - swapping MFS load libraries
Creating database-related JCL such as reorganization, image copy, restore, pointer checker jobs
Supporting and monitoring an effective and efficient Database operations environment.
Responding to the DB related requests within the SLA timeframe
Conducting post-mortem review for error corrections for all critical production problems.
Root Cause Analysis will be conducted for all Database Outages
Database dataset, DBD and PSB creation as needed or requested
