Job Details:

Perform First Line People Manager role having full Life cycle knowledge in any one ERP products like SAP, ORacle EBS, Peoplesoft, Siebel CRM etc. PM's leadership to achieve senior management's Business objectives. Capable to manage 20 t0 25 technical resources
Guide his team deliver the projects on the budgeted cost to create teh project documents as necessary to detail.
Set PBC goals to achieve business objectives and do performance appraisal of PM's
Responsible for identification and meeting training needs and Employee Individual development plan
provide direction and motivation to DR. Foster a High performance culture/ IBM Values and encourage team spirit,
Meeting the project Management requirments for Geographic region he/ she is responsible- Complete the Hiring Ramp on time as per defined IBM WOB process.
Follow IBM Process for the Compliance requirments as required for the whole team
Manage escalation at less than defined level of competency such that to exceed client/ stake holder satisfaction
ensure the project deliverable are complete and meet the agreement
8- 10 yrs of experience
