"Responsibilities:
Designing and developing total Call Center systems and solutions for customers, enterprise wide
Consult with the customer while they are making major business decisions and processes that will be used to manage their overall telephony

Main focus will be to integrate hardware, software, and network features and functionality into the customers environment
Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs
May work with other associates in the designing of the systems solutions and architecture
May design total systems solutions for smaller organizations or for a segment of a large organization
Provides technical software services for major accounts and systems
Design the software needed to implement the solution design within the systems parameters taking into account customer reporting needs
