Job Details:

Stay in tune with the business and translate the business needs into IT action items.
Coordinate to formulate the best IT solution that meets the business needs.
Ensure frequent and accurate communication with the internal and external customers on statuses of IT initiatives and activities.
Bridge any gap that may arise between the customers, service delivery team, and IT teams.
Ensure IT helpdesk requests related to desktop lab support, and server & network configuration and maintenance for the assigned site are meeting customer needs.
Ensure proper set up of computers, peripherals, and game consoles as required by our service delivery team and per IT guidelines
Ensure logical & physical security of intellectual properties
Manage account creation, status change, and termination requests per VMC/Volt policies & procedures
Manage IT asset and inventory for the assigned site
