Job Details:

Perform all required predictive and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and effectively coordinate with other support teams to troubleshoot and rectify voice related issues in the shortest possible time.
Maintenance of all Voice equipment such as Cisco / AVAYA/ Nortel Call Servers, Voice Loggers and Voice Mail systems to ensure maximum uptime.
Accurate and timely installation and maintenance of all systems that provide voice and network capability to the operations personnel.
Handling or resolve Voice and Network related issues and Perform call routing changes.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for Critical Events.
