KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible for stability and robustness of business applications
Responsible for carrying system testing for all projects and environments
Responsible for Level1 & Level2 analysis of the application problems
Responsible for coordinating with the user about problem resolution measures
Responsible for coordinating with development team, BSA team, Data Center team and DBA team for problem resolution
Responsible for testing of all promotions on production as well as SIT / UAT environments
Responsible for meeting the SLA regarding problem notification, target date publishing and problem resolution
Responsible for configuration management and code release
Ability to grasp domain concepts quickly and utilize the knowledge in a productive manner
Developing the testing measures and productivity measures
Responsible for team management
Responsible for status reporting and MIS
