JOB DESCRIPTION :

To architect, design, and lead a team technically in developing wireless protocols (2G, 3G and beyond) and products. Lead a small team

technically and play the role of the designer and the solution provider for the complex problems. Take part with hands on assignment in the

complex area of the product. Interaction with various other functional groups in US
Good knowledge of data structure and algorithms
Protocols development experience in GSM, GPRS, 3G Protocols (UMTS/CDMA2000) and beyond
Should be the go to person for complex problems and design decisions
2+ years of experience in leading team technically.
Experience in handling large code base and integration with other tools and libraries.
Experience in inter-process communication and multithreading.
Experienced in building highly scalable/high performance systems.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and detail oriented.
Comfortable and skilled in delivering multiple tasks on-time with quality.
A Self motivated person with strong problem solving, communication and domain skills in wireless communications (GSM, GPRS, 3G Protocols

(UMTS/CDMA2000) and beyond).
Ability to work independently or in a team or Leading a team.
Must have good expertise in Protocol Stack Development experience and expertise.
Domain Knowledge: GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE, Switching concepts.
