Job Description:

8+ years of working experience in software development
JavaME application development
5+ years of experience in developing JavaME applications for the mobile wireless industry
2+ years of leading/managing a team to deliver handset applications to market in a cross-site development environment
History of working with 3rd-party vendor tools and software
Proficiency in exploiting Java ME platform capabilities (advanced graphics design, security implementation, location, extensive use of on-device

resources such as multimedia and contacts applications, etc.)
Deep understanding of mobile profiles, including JTWI, MIDP, and others
Experience with WindowsMobile and BREW would be a plus
Understanding of the mobile eco-system, from both a technical standpoint: able to map out the flow of application data from mobile device to

server [preferred] and a market standpoint: able to identify the various relationships between content providers, MNOs, application developers,

OEMs, etc. [preferred]
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, and willing and able to work efficiently with cross-site teams
Ability to travel on a regular basis (approximately 10%, primarily to USA)
Proven ability to create requirements and design documents
Proven ability to create and manage project schedules and plans, including identifying and assigning tasks,setting and achieving milestones, etc
