JOB DESCRIPTION

Over all Technical experience of 8+ years
Should have good knowledge on Core Java, J2ee/ JSP/ Servlets/ EJB
Deep understanding of Windows + Java technology environment
Capable of understanding software application architecture and its feasibility within the constraints of the software and hardware environment.
Experience of performing assessment and suggest improvement of current technical architecture
Experience of participate in design & design Reviews ( TogetherJ or Rational environments )
Should have experience in participating or leading technology/ architecture/ design discussions with US/ UK customers. Basically strong communication skills
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture design or Enterprise Application design.
Knowledge of UML & Design Patterns
Knowledge of performance tuning approach to enterprise applications
Domain knowledge of Insurance preferred.
