Support Engineer Belgium
As a member of support team, you will provide 1st line technical support to customers via telephone, e-mail, our support portal or occasionally on-site.
A passionate IT-expert
A native speaker in French or Dutch having a thorough knowledge of English
A flexible person with excellent communication skills
Experienced with databases and spreadsheets
A previous experience in a helpdesk position is an asset
Knowledge of Olap reporting is an asset
