Sr .NET developer
(C# and ASP.Net.) with 5-10 yrs specifically with some experience in .Net 3.5 who could take direction from the Search team and contribute quickly rather than having to really train up.
Good C# knowledge including OOP concepts, N-tier architecture, design patterns, xml.
Strong .NET Developer with 5-10 yrs specifically with some experience in .Net 3.5
Expertise in ASP.NET & C#
Expertise to fine-tune the Search functionality.
Good knowledge of OOP concepts
Expertise in N-tier architecture
