JOB DESCRIPTION :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Process Management:
Looking after process improvement initiatives through system changes, process transition, process re alignment/ redefiing & efficiency
management.
Monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maxim
ze customer satisfaction level.
Reviewing Service/Project, approving Service Plan and ensuring proper resource allocation for the Service.
Creating & implementing workflows to facilitate structured support in all areas and issues.
Sending reports to the top management and maintaining the agreed SLA & thereby focusing on maximizing Customer Experiece while
optimizing costs.
Preparing SOP for the future use of top management.
