JOB DESCRIPTION :

Overall technical experience of 8+ years
Should have worked as a solution Architect in J2ee product/application environment
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture/Application design.
Should have experience of leading a team of 6-8 team members in preparing the software design description
Should have experience in UML based analysis and design using tools like Rational Rose & TogetherJ
Should be able to understand current architecture of existing applications and be able to suggest improvements
Should have good knowledge and experience of using design patterns
Should be able to ensure mutual compatibility of the solution and the technical architecture
Should have capability of reviewing Unit Test Plans and integration test plans
Strong communication skills, experience of discussions with US/ UK customers
Domain knowledge of Insurance preferred.
