Software Project Sourcing:
Top Exim, one of the multi facet consultant firm likes to hire software project sourcing specialists on revenue share basis.
The candidates should have excellent contacts or approach with the companies requiring software programs for various fuctionalities for their

organizations.
The platforms where the projects can be sourced are on Java technology, Dot Net R]Technology, Database ORACLE platform.
We recommed more of sourcing on financial sloutions, trading and inventory management. As the global awareness is shifted more on

healthcare our prime focus will also be on health and nutrition related software projects.
The sourcing for domestic and offshore projects both are considered.
A clear vision and adherence to the commercial terms will also be a necessity while sourcing.
we work on 100% safety and so procure 50% in advance and the rest 50% in PDC dated before project completion
