PUNE (1st preference) or MUMBAI candidates only.
Primarily looking for a Java expert with knowledge of open source technologies such as python, PHP etc.
1. To take complete delivery responsibility for multiple product
development teams. This includes being hands on (at least 60% of the
time) and setting up effective architectural frameworks, creating scalable designs.
2. To develop a deep understanding of customer's business, and
provide business/technical solutions to the customer.
3. To manage customer relationships and grow them to higher levels.
4. To mentor the Team Leads and Team Members.
5. To setup new processes, methodologies to improve quality of
deliverables.
6. Be part of all recruitment initiatives.
7. Participates in company's presales activities.
