Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to local partners and implementation consultants via telephone, email and the web.
Manage each support request to completion including maintaining contact with the partner, documenting the issue, isolating and diagnosing the

problem, and resolving the issue where possible.
Participate as a member of the Siperian global support network and assist the team in addressing and resolving support issues.
Reproduce product behaviors to determine the problem root-cause(s), issue work-arounds and solutions.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to provide assistance in identifying,reporting and resolving product defects.
Administer a local library of customer environments (databases and software) for use in replicating reported issues.
