Sr. Manager/Manager Development is responsible to manage the Performance of product development teams and provide them
with the necessary tools and processes that will balance their productivity, quality, and time to market.
This includes growing the team, effective delivery as well as ensuring top quality analysis, code and design.
The post holder requires to match and balance the skills of sizable and diverse teams in line with the overall objectives of the organization in an arena of constant change for optimum results now and in the future.
- Ensure that all team members comply with policy and procedure
- Manage the teams of developers and motivate them to achieve high
standard of performance
- Develop, improve and maintain the systems, policies,
principles,practices, and procedures relevant to the development teams
in area of network services.
