JOB DESCRIPTION :
Review internal operations and recommend structural changes, processes, reporting lines, and key roles and responsibility adjustments where
necessary
Drive and lead the organizational changes
Manage HR and personnel issues of middle management and other staff
Report directly into COO
Required to create necessary systems, procedures, culture and hire the right people to drive organizational performance.
High level business development
Monitor and review performance of each department, and provide intervention from organizational, training, skills and structure standpoint.
Requirements:
Very strong managerial skills and especially sound at people and conflict management
Excellent experience and knowledge in operations, organizational structuring, processes, systems and HR matters; must be able to provide
relevant evidence
Experience working with multi-division company or institution, preferably in emerging market
Age should be between late 30s to mid-40s, as we need a hands-on guy
Must have some formal training in management and/or HR matters
Must be BENGALI speaking, and preferably someone who understands Bengali culture.
