- Excellent programming skills: Candidate is expected to solve a non-trivial coding question during interview.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in web development with at least 1.5 years in Ruby on Rails (RoR), Mongrel, Capistrano.
- Strong in RoR/PHP/ASP.NET, MySQL, HTML, CSS and Javascript (AJAX)
- Preferred experience working on unix/linux, SVN or similar version control system, SEO, Web 2.0 applications.
- Experience with Flash and media encoding and conversion processes a plus.
- Good communication skills a must?
