JOB DESCRIPTION :

As a Professional Services Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
- Management of the Professional Services Practice for the nominated region, practice or delivery stream
- Leadership, motivation and development of Professional Services staff to ensure the success of the Professional Services team
- Managing and monitoring quality and timeliness of service delivery to customers
- Work as the primary interface between the Sales Team and the PS Team on development of proposals and statements of work, and responses

to tenders
- Work as the primary interface between the Product Marketing Team and the PS Team on defining and developing new products and services

for delivery by the team
