PHP PROGRAMMER:
Proficient in PHP/Mysql. Good knowledge of opensources and php frameworks. Bugs tracking and quality check. AJAX, CSS is must.

Experience in opensources like Magento, wordpress and drupal is plus.
WEB DESIGNER:
Good command in photoshop, flash, dreamweaver and CSS is must. Creative to design layout and convert into tableless XHTML/CSS layouts.
