Oracle Developer L2 Profile
Primary responsibility of an Oracle Developer is to understand requirements and develop PLsql automated procedures and scripts, by following

best industry practices, standards, methodology and supporting processes:
SQL
Good theoretical knowledge of all SQL constructs.
General customised backend reports
Design complex views and queries as per business needs.
Analyse and debug existing application SQL code.
Develop generic code with reusability features.
PLSQL
CERTIFICATION
Oracle certified would be preferred.
