Job Details:

Elicit business needs (in co ordination with the CEO and Sales team)
Report to US based CEO
Assess feasibility of business needs
Recommend business process changed to the customer
Gather, document and analyze requirements
Define scope and boundaries of the system
Define application architecture
Design the process and data model
Guide the Managers and Associate Managers in design and development
Define checklists, templates and processes to be followed during product development.
Prepare effort, cost and schedule estimates
Prepare detailed product / project plan schedule
Control and monitor the financial aspects of the Product /project
Manage change to scope, timelines, deliverables
Review system test plan, test cases and test data
Conduct design review
Conduct code review
Supervises, motivate and mentor 10-25 subordinates
Conduct performance appraisal of team members
Evaluate competitors products, market trends and explore product enhancement opportunities
Plan and execute product releases (patch, version, upgrade)
Occasional travel to US for on site design and development.
Manage data services team and drive best practices and QA.
Manage SLAs
Review and suggest new emerging technologies.
