Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
Accurate translation from French to English of technical documentation
Proofread and edit final translated versions
Use special glossaries, thesaurus and refer internet and intranet to find closest equivalents for terminology and words
Key Tasks:
Maintain the glossaries up-to-date and carry out terminology management
Carry out exchanges with client to discuss unclear points and consult experts in specialist areas
Develop knowledge on all new areas of modern translation Qualifications
Degree in Applied linguistics, Translation and/or equivalent
Dipl me de langue franaise from alliance fran aise
Ideally graduated from translation schools in Paris (ESIT, ISIT)
M.A. French - Translation and interpretation
Language Requirements
Good in French and very good in English
Specific skill requirement
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
Some knowledge and/or interest in automotive industry
Knowledge on translation tools is a bonus
