Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of database and system administration duties on application, and other servers including install, debug, maintain, upgrade, and

general support on mySQL database
Evaluate, test, and deploy all software and hardware upgrades to the server infrastructure.
Proactive monitoring of all servers, applications and services using a combination of tools to ensure high availability
Expertise in creating stored procedures, functions and triggers. Database design and normalization. Performance tuning of database applications and

tune database code via logic changes and physical changes (indexing, partitioning, etc.)
