Job Description:

The Business Analyst acts as a consultant to deliver technology solutions in the Sales Management space. Based on an understanding of Comany's business model and applications, this individual will evaluate project requests, make recommendations, meet with subject matter experts, prepare documentation & specifications for I/T, and participate in project implementation. Typical projects are 6 months long and require coordination across large cross-functional teams involving business and I/T organizations. Coordinate and drive stakeholder meetings to establish product vision and prioritize business requests. Develop and evaluate financial benefits along with key stakeholders. Recommend scope and tradeoff strategies. Develop requirements and standard I/T documentation suite, from initial vision through detailed specification. Identify risks & plan contingencies. Participate in Q/A, training, implementation, and drive Benefits Realization measurement and reporting. Maintain constant communication with project team and stakeholders.
